Angie and Diane are most likely the CrossFit instructors you have seen at CrossFit. But, what about Marguerita, you ask? How do you go through Marguerita's "Girl WOD?" Read on to learn more! In this CrossFit Review, I'll tell you everything you need to know about the "Girl" WOD.

Angie

CrossFit's absolute benchmark is the "Angie” workout. By performing a benchmark, a person can gauge their progress from their last performance. Angie improvement is generally a sign that a person is more fit and more athletic than before they started. This is a great workout to increase muscular endurance and strength. The entire workout takes about 30 minutes. For the exercise, you will need to have a pull-up and space for a push up.

Diane

Diane is the benchmark exercise. It involves a mix of heavy deadlifts as well as handstand pushups. This movement is more technical in gymnastics. This workout will test your upper and lower bodies, core strength, and overall fitness. The weight of a deadlift for men is 225lbs, and the equivalent for women is just 155lbs. These movements can be done for time. The recommended deadlift weight is 225 pounds. Diane was introduced in September 2003. However, it is not a brand new WOD.
